Skopje will host the final junior European Cup on 10-11 August, ahead of the 2014 Junior European Championships in Tallinn in just a few weeks’ time. Some, if not most of the athletes have already been selected to go to Estonia, meaning that the weekend can serve as part of their preparation routine.
Over 260 judoka from 26 nations will be competing in the event, which can be watched live online at judotv.com. Please see provisional programme below. Exact start time to be confirmed depending on final number of entries.
The event will be followed by a traditional three-day training camp. With Skopje set to host the 2025 European Cadet Judo Championships, the weekend will also serve as a final testing ground for the local organising committee.
