This weekend Teplice will host the Cadet European Judo Cup. It is very likely that the number of participants will break the record set in 2013 when 714 cadets participated. This year there are 791 young athletes entered in the judobase for this tournament and this figure ensures the highest quality. Although many strong teams are coming to Teplice, the Czech fans expect that some members of the home team will secure the position on the podium. The biggest hope is Vera Zemanova in the under 57kg who has already won gold and silver at European Cups held earlier this year.
