This strategic role will collaborate closely with our Head Coach to develop and lead our competition pathway, aiming to provide a defined pathway for judo players who aspire to achieve national and international success. Candidate Profile: This role is perfect for a candidate with experience in international competition who is passionate about mentoring athletes to achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone who can harness their expertise and enthusiasm to lead our athletes toward national and international success. This strategic position will not only involve close collaboration with our Head Coach to refine and implement our competition pathway but also require a deep commitment to nurturing both the skills and the character of our judo players.
