This strategic role will collaborate closely with our Head Coach to develop and lead our competition pathway, aiming to provide a defined pathway for judo players who aspire to achieve national and international success. Regional Coach (full time employment) for sport school (Bertolt-Brecht-Schule) in Nuremberg and Bavarian talents (e.g. under 15/16). 5 times per week morning training, several base center sessions in north of Bavaria, central measures in bavaria and germany for the assigned junior squad.
