Looking at the 2022 results, many of the gold medallists have moved in to their junior categories, with some even competing this weekend in the Madrid Junior European Cup, however Alyssia POULANGE (FRA) won the -52kg category last year and is back to defend her top place in Bielsko-Biala, the only top medallist from the previous edition.
This event originally started in 2012 before coming back in to circulation in 2020, which has always had a follow up training camp in accordance with the continued development for these young judoka and is clearly a popular place for the federations.
