The International Judo Federation is setting a strict registration deadline of 20 days before the draw for all future IJF events. No exceptions will be made!
The strict application of this deadline is necessary in order to ensure the smooth running of the event, the proper planning and preparation for event organizers with transport, accommodation, food etc., as well as an accurate scheduling for live TV coverage.
After the deadline no additional entries will be accepted.
In the case of an injury the athletes or officials may be replaced with another person.
For withdrawals after the deadline a cancellation fee may be charged.
The International Judo Federation hopes that all involved will understand the need for the strict application of this rule and looks forward to an enhanced level of collaboration for the benefit of our sport!
