During a two-days-meeting of the EJU Bureau President László TOTH, Senior Vice President Otto KNEITINGER, the Vice Presidents Sergei ASCHWANDEN, Hrvoje LINDI, General Secretary Martin POIGER and General Treasurer Envic GALEA visited both the International Judo Federation Head Office with IJF President Marius VIZER and the Serbian Embassy alongside the ambassador, his Excellency, the President of the Serbian Judo Federation Ivan TODOROV.
The six-member committee plans to meet once a month in order to manage the various projects. The main topics of the agenda of the past two days were the EJU Congress in Belgrade in December – including the Champions League and the European League – and and the close collaboration with IJF on judotv.com, which has been succesfully launched at the beginning of the year.
“We are very satisfied with the course of the judo year so far from the European Judo Union’s perspective, both from a sporting and organisational point of view,” László Tóth confirmed.
The Bureau meeting in August will take place in Zagreb.
